Bill Miller is the President of MSL.  He oversees Firm operations and strategy.  Bill also works with clients as an audit shareholder. He has substantial experience in accounting, auditing and reporting, and concentrates in the areas of:
·         Public and Private Enterprises, including 
          Not-for-Profits
·         Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and SEC Filings
·         Professional Service Firms
·         Hospitality Industry
·         Construction and Related Industries
 
Bill directs the audits and reviews of financial statements and advises clients in accounting, reporting, compliance and internal control matters.  For his non-public clients, he acts as his clients’ primary business advisor by becoming familiar with client operations, challenging their business philosophies and offering suggestions to help make them more successful. 
 
Bill serves on the City of Orlando Finance Committee, Board of Directors of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors for the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission and is the former Chairman of GOAA (Greater Orlando Aviation Authority).  He holds a B.S. in Business and Accounting from Florida A & M University and is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
